Best Places to rent in South Florida!

As you probably know by now, every week we have a brand new Twitter chat! This week’s #IRGChat was all about the best places to rent in South Florida! There were tons of opinions and a great time! So let’s recap on our answers!

What in your opinion is a good rental zone?

Q1: What in your opinion is a good rental zone?

A1: A good rental is made by the things surrounding it! So a good accessibility to shopping, medical centers, the beach, schools and anything that can bring up tons of people it’s a good place! The hotter the area the better, if there’s tons of movement and low vacancy rates, definitely take up on the challenge and own a property there to rent it!

Where has been your best experience with a rental?

Q2: Where has been your best experience with a rental?

A2: We loved working on Broward for rentals! It tends to be cheaper to own them and it has a good cash flow! This county in comparison to Miami-Dade also has more iconic places to visit, more suburbs and more places for people to gather, besides the money part of it, it’s a great place to hold a rental!

Which rental restrictions do you think should not exist?
Q3: Which rental restrictions do you think should not exist?

A3: Age restriction! Especially on the 55+ communities! We have found that we might have some clients interested on a property that are 53 and cannot opt to live there! It’s super restrictive and tiresome to find the perfect fit for them as those communities will be very strict on the age requirement!

In what area are the best HOAs?

Q4: In what area are the best HOAs?

A4: In my opinion, Doral and Lauderhill are great for this! These are zones that are up and coming so some communities haven’t jumped into the HOAs yet! Definitely check those areas out for great gated communities!

What is your favorite rental area?

Q5: What is your favorite rental area?

A5: Even though Broward is a great place, Miami Gardens has to be our favorite! It’s a fast paced place w/ low vacancy rates! As I explained in the first question, the low vacancy and closeness to everything you might need, makes this one of the best areas to hold a rent!
